Kelly is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Cheryl Uninterrupted, a nonprofit organization established in honor of her late mother, Cheryl Jacobs, whose resilience as a domestic violence survivor became the inspiration behind the organization's mission.
A lifelong Sacramento native with a background in business and a career rooted in customer service and community engagement, Kelly has always been passionate about helping others discover hope, purpose, and new beginnings.
Her vision extends beyond crisis intervention—she is committed to creating opportunities for survivors to heal emotionally, regain financial independence, and rebuild lives filled with peace, dignity, and possibility.

As Treasurer of Cheryl Uninterrupted, Darlene brings more than 25 years of dedicated public service with Sacramento County, where she has developed extensive expertise in mental health systems, fiscal oversight, and program administration.
Throughout her career, she has been committed to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, community-focused services while ensuring accountability and operational excellence. Her experience in nonprofit financial management and fiscal stewardship provides Cheryl Uninterrupted with strong financial leadership, sound governance, and strategic oversight.

Kay is a dedicated advocate, domestic violence survivor, and compassionate leader whose personal journey has inspired her lifelong commitment to helping others break free from the cycles of abuse, fear, and hopelessness.
Drawing from both lived experience and a heart for service, she facilitates classes and supportive discussions that encourage healing, resilience, and personal growth. Her ability to connect with survivors through authenticity, empathy, and encouragement provides hope to women who are rebuilding their lives after abuse.

As Secretary of Cheryl Uninterrupted, Kasia combines innovation, strategic insight, and a heart for service to support the organization's mission and governance.
A recent graduate of Texas Christian University, she has launced into a career in technology and consulting, where she is known for her sharp analytical skills, quick decision-making, adaptability, and collaborative leadership.
Her ability to think critically while remaining people-focused makes her a valuable asset to both the board and the communities Cheryl Uninterrupted serves.
